Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. Our commitment
Fabrica is committed to making fabricatrade.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where practicable for a B2B web application.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic page structure with clear headings and landmarks
- Keyboard-reachable controls for primary navigation and forms
- Visible focus styles on interactive elements
- Text alternatives for meaningful images (e.g. logo)
- Form labels and error messages associated with inputs
- Dialogs (such as sign-in) marked with appropriate ARIA roles
- Language selection for reading preferred interface language
3. Conformance status
We believe parts of the site are accessible, and we continue to improve. Some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA — for example complex marketplace flows (checkout, mediated chat, dashboards), third-party embeds (Stripe payment fields, Google sign-in), and motion or color contrast in older screens.
This statement is not a formal certification audit. It describes our intent and how to report barriers.
4. Known limitations
- Payment card fields are provided by Stripe and follow Stripe’s accessibility practices; we do not fully control their markup.
- Google and other social sign-in flows open third-party pages outside Fabrica’s control.
- Some animated UI may not yet offer a reduced-motion preference everywhere.
- PDF or downloadable trade documents, if introduced, may need separate accessibility review.
5. Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and common assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. Older browsers may have reduced support.
6. Feedback
If you experience an accessibility barrier on Fabrica, please tell us. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you use if relevant.
Email: info@fabricatrade.com
Or use our Contact form. We aim to respond within a few business days.
7. Assessment approach
Accessibility is reviewed through manual keyboard checks, browser developer tools, and ongoing product improvements as we ship new features. Formal third-party audits may be commissioned as the platform grows.
