By accessing fabricatrade.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Fabrica.

Fabrica is an independent B2B marketplace coordinator and escrow facilitator for surplus textile lots (“deadrolls”). Fabrica is not the manufacturer of goods listed by factories. Warranties and transport liabilities rest with the relevant parties except as mediated under escrow policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that you use Fabrica for legitimate business purposes.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. Sessions are device-bound; sharing a URL does not grant others your account access.

Factories are responsible for accurate listing data. Buyers are responsible for purchase decisions. Mediated chat and negotiated quotes may become binding when accepted under product rules. Do not attempt to bypass escrow or harvest contact details to circumvent Fabrica.

Checkout may place funds in escrow via Stripe. Release, refund, and dispute flows follow the in-product escrow rules. Fees may apply. Currency and tax handling are as presented at checkout.

• Underage use or misrepresenting age
• Fraud, money laundering, or illegal goods
• Attempting to hack, scrape abusively, or reverse-engineer the service
• Sharing admin keys, secrets, or another user’s private data

The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabrica disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee unbroken availability or that listings are error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabrica’s total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
